C2A2 is a grassroots initiative designed to effectively respond to the cultural and creative development challenges within our community. C2A2, is a not for profit multi-purpose arts association dedicated to arts education and artistic vision. C2A2 brings motivating and enriching arts education and professional support to the arts community regardless of financial situation or artistic talent.
