The mission of Downtown Fort Worth, Inc. is to be the catalyst for transforming Downtown into a vibrant place to live, visit, enjoy and conduct business through aggressive leadership of programs, projects and partnerships.

Description

Downtown Fort Worth, Inc. (DFWI) is a downtown development association with more than 200 members representing various downtown stakeholders. Founded in 1982, the organization created and continues to manage the first Public Improvement District in the State of Texas. DFWI also manages the downtown Tax Increment Financing District and produces the MAIN ST. Fort Worth Arts Festival and the Verizon Wireless Parade of Lights.
