SmartMoney Community Services is a not-for-profit organization founded in 1988 to provide financial services and economic education to residents of Over-the-Rhine and other underserved Cincinnati communities.SmartMoney was founded by a coalition of concerned ministers, citizens and its partnering organization, Cincinnati Central Credit Union.
