Northern California Youth Leadership Seminar

I went to NCYLS as a sophomore in high school. I loved the experience so much! I went back as a junior in high school to be a j-crew (assistant team leader). Working with the students that were younger than me changed my outlook on leadership and volunteering. Since then I have been hooked, going back as an operations staff person, a team leader, and a facilities director for the last two years. NCYLS is a great program because you can see how inspiring sophomores in high school can be, and how much they can really do to change the world. Best organization I have ever been involved in by far!
