Description

KIC's goals are to (1) positively change behaviors through education and example (2) raise awareness as to the negative effect an uncaring attitude regarding litter has on the quality of life, and (3) encourage the values of ownership, service, and civic responsibility among residents. KIC programs have been developed to encourage participation at the grass-roots level, thus providing residents with the opportunity to become an active part of the solution to the blight of littering by enabling them to clean up and demonstrate their civic pride.
