Mission Statement

The purpose of the Palo Alto Library Foundation is to provide financial support to the Palo Alto City Library. To accomplish this, the organization will solicit and manage donations from individuals, corporations, foundations and other entities. These funds will be used to supplement public funding and support and complement the fundraising activities of the Friends of the Palo Alto Library.

Description

In 2003, we have one primary goal: raising funds for the expansion and renovation of Children's Library. We plan to approach potential major donors in the community in order to reach our goal of raising $600,000 by year end.
