Mission Statement

Central Area Senior Center (CASC) is a program of Senior Services. Our mission and vision is to promote the emotional, social, and physical well- being of older adults through a network of community connections and services. Our aim is to help create a just society where aging adults and those who care about them can live their best lives. Activities include exercise programs, computer classes, guitar lessons, card clubs, dance classes, recreational trips, food, fun, laughter and much more.

Description

During the early stages of development, The Central operated from various community bases. In 1975, our permanent location was acquired. Situated atop Leschi Bluff, the Center offers a magnificent view of Lake Washington, the Central Cascade Mountains, and Mount Rainier.
