Description

SouthernCare serves patients in Austin and surrounding counties by providing a team of health care professionals to patients in their homes or home-like settings. Our Hearts of Hospice Volunteers are an important part of this these teams. The volunteers unselfishly devote their time to brighten the days of our patients and families.
