Mission Statement

The Plaza Ambassador Program is an outreach effort by the NYS Office of General Services to support and enhance the daily operation of the Plaza by placing volunteers in key positions of contact with the public, thus better serving the community and state employees on the Empire State Plaza.

Description

Volunteers provide visitor assistance and tours at various sites on the Empire State Plaza.
