Our mission is to ease burdens of homeless and disadvantage while they seek education and economic independence for themselves and their children. Our goal is to ensure children are raised in a healthy, safe, secure and nurturing environment

R.O.A.R. has many programs that help to fulfill our mission statement. Those programs are Homeless Prevention and Intervention, Happy Holidays, Back To School, and Work Now.
