Talbert House's mission is to improve social behavior and enhance personal recovery and growth.
Talbert House is a community-wide nonprofit network of services focusing on prevention, assessment, treatment and reintegration. Services are provided at multiple sites throughout Greater Cincinnati for children, adults and families.
The Talbert House mission has two basic purposes: to improve social behavior and enhance personal recovery and growth. The organization has a culture of innovation that thrives on the creation of new services that meet the community's needs while maintaining effectiveness, excellence and professionalism. Talbert House values an integrated system of high quality care focused on best practices, easy access to services, and providing a full range of services in a cost effective and efficient manner.
While I felt at times as if there was no hope for my son's drug addiction, the Talbert house was new hope for my son and our entire family. With nowhere to turn and discouragement wearing us down to the bone the talbert house gave us hope anew, and believe me hope is what we truly needed and desired.
After watching my son happily working his program daily through the Talbert House's "ADAPT for Men" program all we can do is marvel and smile when we see our son's progress. In two month's time he has gained 30 lbs., works out daily and looks absolutely fantastic, evenbetter than he did prior to becoming addicted to heroin.
I think the programs that they run can, and do work.
Thank you ADAPT for Men for being there for my son and our family. it would have been hopeless without this program.
