Mission Statement

The mission of Munhall Volunteer Fire Company # 1 is to provide our community with the highest quality of protection against man-made and natural disasters. We will continue aggressive planning and response preparation, and will strive to prevent the need for our emergency services through education and community interaction.

It is our promise that we will serve our community with honor, and the highest level of professionalism possible at all times. Our services shall be delivered by a dedicated members committed to exceeding the needs and expectations of those we serve.

Description

For over one hundred eighteen years, Munhall Volunteer Fire Department #1 has been providing emergency services to our local communities. This service has been performed by dedicated professional volunteers who live in or around the community. If it were not for these dedicated professional volunteers, the services we provide would not be available. Our firefighters take great pride in ensuring that our neighbors enjoy the absolute best safety and comfort they deserve.

We hope that you are interested in learning about the opportunities that exist for you and how you can contribute to our organization. We are available by contacting us at 412-464-7321 or by stopping by the station on Wednesday evenings between 6:30pm and 7:30pm. We will have personnel on hand to discuss the many roles in which you can assist us.
