Our purpose is to encourage the appreciation of, and learning about, our environmental, historical and cultural heritage; promote the concept of "smart growth" and responsible citizenship; to enhance a sense of community identity, and educate and inspire citizens and organizations to provide a connection between the built environment, the natural environment and the human community.
