The mission of Tomorrow's Black Men is to make a positive difference in the lives of troubled and at risk young males. By helping them to raise their standards of living, we wish to introduce and help reinforce the positive morals and values needed to equip these young men, thus enabling them to not only accept but to overcome the challenges that lie ahead of them. We will accomplish this through a professionally supported relationship with caring adults and responsible peers. Today's Black Men, are tomorrow's leaders, and we are committed to preparing them for that responsibility by providing guidance and structured programs that will enable them to become productive individuals thus promoting professional and personal growth. The lives that we touch will be nurtured and equipped to overcome the challenges that currently prohibit them from living up to their full potential and reaching their goals and realization of their dreams, to become confident, competent, and productive individuals.
Tomorrow's Black Men works with troubled and at risk young males by offering educational assistance, technical training, and family strengthening programs. It is our goal to give the individual the needed tools to overcome the challenges that stem from lack of education, job skills and financial instability.
