Your Community Connection

Your Community Connection ( YCC ) in Ogden Utah was not a good experience for me. The director and the assistant director are both very demeaning. They talk down to employees and embarrass them in large employee meetings. The board of directors is reportedly powerless to take action. I am aware of abuse clients that have been treated poorly or told to leave because of minor issues. I think it is sad. Your Community Connection in Ogden Utah could be a valuable place in the community, but I believe the management is killing it. Many people that work there do not like it. I feel sorry for the clients and employees. I heard on client state that she would rather go back to her relationship than put up with the treatment she received at Your community Connection YCC Ogden. Sad Sad Sad
