Mission Statement

The goal of the Sports Buddies program is to make a positive difference in the lives of children from single parent homes. The program allows children to experience positive relationships through the medium of sports. The children learn important skills necessary for self-respect, integrity, and positive peer relationships.

Description

Sports Buddies is a free mentoring program for children ages 7-12 from single parent homes. It is open to children of all races and denominations. Volunteer Mentors work with a team of professionals who direct the program while mentors work with small groups of children.
