Mission Statement

The Youth Guidance Center Vocational Training Program's purpose is to reach out and meet the needs of young men and women of all ethnic backgrounds who have come upon unfortunate circumstances. Our mission is to teach, train and guide individuals to be positive leaders. The new leaders will be empowered individuals who will positively contribute to our communities and society.
