Mission Statement

At Florida Victory Outreach Center,we will overcome most of these obstacles,and make it our mission to involve the community, as well as the State Of Florida to support and provide this program, with the tools necessary to help those that that have been incarcerated.

Description

We will assist the incarcerated to establish a solid foundation, by providing them with the psychological health, and education to build their self confidence and to achieve the skills necessary to offer these individuals competitive employment, and to function as productive and law-abiding citizens.

According to some analysts, gainful employment is perhaps the most important ingredient needed to help the ex-incarcerated pursue law-abiding, productive lives; unemployment is one of the principal causes of recidivism among adult male offenders.
