Mission Statement

Nashville Family Shelter, Inc. is a non-profit, volunteer organization that provides emergency shelter, transitional housing, and support services to homeless families. We are dedicated to empowering homeless families with children, families in which a member has a chronic health condition and, single pregnant women to move to independent living.

Description

Nashville Family Shelter operates an Emergency Shelter Program and a Transitional Housing Program for homeless families with children. Families participating in the programs receive weekly case management services, as well as assiatance with job training, child care, transportation, and referrals fo other needs.
