Mission Statement
"The Mission of YCC is to provide safe shelter for at-risk children and youth, counseling for families in crisis, links to community resources, and life skills training for at-risk adolescents emerging into adulthood, all with the hope of strengthening families and restoring hope."
Description
Youth Crisis Center offers short-term shelter services, provides individual, family and group counseling, offers on-site Duval County Public School services and offers intern opportunities at seven universities.
YCC was established in 1974 and has served over 30,000 youth and their families.
In 2009, Touchstone Village was added to the YCC campus. It's purpose is to provide transitional and Independent Living programs for 15-21 year olds. It serves foster care and homeless youths and adults.
It's programs include:

- Life and Social Skill Training
- Employment
- Mental Health/Behavioral Health Counseling
