Mission Statement

Preserving Coyote Hills for current and future generations is our goal. This completely self-sustaining area requires nothing more from us to exist than respect. Our mission is to STOP development of this LAST open space, home to a diverse population of plant and animals species. A self-sustaining natural area that is rich in recreational and educational opportunities.

Description

Friends of Coyote Hills has been fighting a proposed development by Chevron on 510 acres of former oil fields. The land is home to a thriving eco-system, endangered species and some of the last coastal sage scrub in the SoCal region. We are currently in the process of referending a City Council approval. Support by Fullerton citizens is significant and loyal.
