Mission Statement

The Junior Women's Club of Bristol, Inc. was organized on April 25, 1935. This club is dedicated to working together to better ourselves and our community. The object of the club, as set forth in its by-laws, reads: "To unite the women of Bristol for mutual improvement by study and entertainment and for advancement of social and civic interest in the city." As a service organization, we strive to be the shining stars of our community. At our club meetings, through programs and speakers, we grow by working together toward common goals on important community issues. Our members learn leadership skills and techniques that help them in all aspects of their lives. We are women - generous, caring and talented - who share our skills through various committees within our club. Members choose which projects they work on and how much time they wish to spend on club activities.
