Dress for Success SW Florida is one of 115 affiliates worldwide. Unemployed women are referred to Dress for Success to help them prepare for job interviews and also has job retention programs. The first phase of Dress for Success is the suiting. That is when the client comes to the Dress for Success boutique for interview-appropriate attire to wear for her interview and to keep. Once she has obtained a postion she may return to Dress for Success for a wardrobe to start her new job.

Dress for Success also offers Going Places Network by Walmart designed to help women who are unemployed and serious about finding work. There are three twelve week cohorts offered each year with a very high success rate of employment

A job retention program, Professional Women's Group is for women who have gone through the suiting process and are now employed. The goal is to assist them in advancing their careers by provinding a network of women, speakers and business etiquette traning.

A Career Center is also available for all Dress for Success clients to help them find employment, prepare resumes or work on interviewing techniques.
