Mission Statement
As a team of highly trained and dedicated professionals, it is our mission to provide the highest standard of service to all those who may seek our help. We are a service provider and we stand ready to provide fire suppression, fire prevention and education, rescue services and emergency medical care, and transport. We will faithfully provide these vital services, promptly and safely, to any person who resides in, works in, or visits the Fire District.
As a family of individuals committed to serving others, we will always provide for the welfare of our personnel through a healthy and rewarding work environment. We are dedicated to respect, integrity, compassion, and leadership amongst ourselves so that we may proudly serve others."
To summarize the District's mission into an easily and readily recognizable credo, the following slogan was created:

Description
The Fire District strives to be a leader in providing fire and life safety services. All of the members of the Fire District attempt to realize the potential in themselves and their fellow employees and desire to continue the District’s tradition of excellence. District personnel are motivated to continue to be an organization of individuals trained, equipped and strategically located to meet the needs that result from sudden illness, fires, accidents, natural or man-made disasters and other incidents that cause suffering to those the District serves. We are committed to being good stewards of The Fire District of Sun City West and to, in turn, be a role model for the fire service in general.
