Description

Catholic Charities Northwest Senior Services provides assistance to seniors ages 60 and over in the townships of Barrington, Hanover Park, Wheeling, and Palatine. We provide supportive services to assist seniors maintain their independence in a safe and functional manner by coordinating the following in-home services: Case Management, Information & Assistance, Chore, Elder Abuse, Volunteer Program, Community Care Program, Money Management, Senior Medicare Partrol Project, and Latino Outreach
