Description

The Institute of Cognitive Development, Family Shelter (ICD), Inc. is a private, non-profit organization, incorporated in 1977 to provide a safe haven for family members who are affected by violence and abuse. Four facilities operate under the ICD umbrella: (1) the ICD Family Shelter, (2) Transitional Housing (3) the Intermediate Care Facility/ Mental Retardation (ICF/MR), and (4) the affordable housing apartments.
