To advocate for economic and social justice in Boyle Heights and Unincorporated East Los Angeles by building, affordable housing, grassroots leadership, self-sufficiency and access to economic development opportunities for low and moderate income families. To strengthen existing community infrastructure in underserved communities by developing and preserving neighborhood assets.

Description

ELACC is a community building organization which enpoweres the low income Latino communites of Boyle Heights and East LA through its menu of intergrated core programs which include develoment of quality affordable housing, community organizing and assistance in building individual assets.
