To provide quality primary medical and mental health care and medication adherence fo the homeless or formerly homeless living in the Tenderloin Neighborhood of San Francisco.

Description

I am a Nurse Practitioner at the Housing and Urban Health Clinic, a small primary care facility located in the heart of the Tenderloin, SF. The clientele is composed of formerly homeless women and men who are currently living in various supportive housing sites throughout the area. The providers at the clinic work very closely with patients’ case managers to ensure that patients are given every opportunity to thrive.
