Nonprofit organizations rely on United Way to facilitate matching the needs in the community with interested volunteers. United Way works to ensure that groups and individuals find appropriate volunteer opportunities beneficial to them and nonprofit organizations.

We rely on hundreds of volunteers to represent United Way during the year, in fund-raising and decisions on fund distribution (what we appropriately refer to as investments). Fund-raising volunteers assist with the annual campaign, and investment volunteers make sure that your dollars are well-spent.
