Mission Statement

To place cat and kittens into good, loving, permanent homes, to provide a safe, happy, healthy sanctuary for unwanted cats in a unique, no-cage, no-kill facility, to prevent pet over-population by spaying and neutering, rather than euthanisia and to educate the public on the importance of spaying and neutering.

Description

The Cat House on the Kings is a no-kill, nonprofit sanctuary, rescue and adoption center for cats and kittens, located on 12 acres on the Kings River near Reedley, CA. Our unique no-cage enviornment houses over 700 felines making them available for adoption or a lifetime home for ones that are not placed. We educate and assist cat owners, feral colony care givers, and others who contact us for information.

I would like to volunteer at The House Of Cats On Kings, because i absolutly LOVE cats and animals. I also would love to volunteer here , because i have nothing to do on the weekends so it would be something good for myself to do and it would be something good for the cats as well. As i visited the house of cats, it seemms as if ALL the cats are so loving and kind. As myself im very nice and funny once you get to know me. I'm an absolute animal lover so i would not have a problem with whatever animals need volunteering help with, or anything that may be needed as assisants.
