To provide safe, educational, fun out-of-school time learning opportunities for students who are at-risk of academic failure.

Description

Portland's Project Safe and Smart has established after school, vacation and summer Community Learning Centers at five Portland public schools including Adams and Reiche Elementary School, King Middle School, Portland High School, and West School. We provide tutoring to assist students with homework and academic enrichment as well as technology education, health and safety education, diversity education, community service and parent education.
