Mission Statement

Baylight Institute for the Creative Arts (B.I.C.A.) helps people, especially youth, develop focus, confidence and character while finding their voice through the arts. We do this through every day creativity, and also by assisting individuals who are seeking to better themselves as arts professionals thorugh instruction, encouraging mindfulness and free expression, accountability, and exposure as visual and permforming artists in the world's markets. We also educate youth about human rights using the Declaration of Human Rights, encouraging them to promote human rights through the arts, helping them to become advocates of tolerance and peace.
