Well it's been a while since I was a volunteer for the 46 pct AESU and saddened to see that there are not many feedbacks listed here. Does the unit still exsist?? I put a lot of hours in there training new people back in the 1960's and into the 1970's until it started taking a toll on my family life. When I first joined in 1957 or 1958 it was still the Dept of Civil Defence and I had to lie to get in because I was only 15. It helped being 6' 4" because nobody questioned me about my age. I had to take a break from 1960 to 1965 because service in the Air Force but rejoined in 1966 and made my way up to Captain. If anybody has some news about the unit or any others, kindly forward it to my email address. I would really like to know what happened to the unit. (and others)bigwallyg@gmail.com
