Care provided by professional members of the health care team includes the consideration of needs for family members, significant others, and/or friends.

Description

Hospice volunteers lend a hand, lend an ear and lend their hearts. They help patients and their families live every day to their fullest. The oppportunities are for direct patient time, administration time, or respite and family support.
