Mission Statement

The mission of the Hospice agency is to provide a comprehensive quality and interdisciplinary program of care and services to the terminally ill and their families or significant others. These services include but are not limited to: physician services, nursing services, medical social services, dietary counseling services, spiritual counseling services, home health aide placement and volunteer placement services, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. Services are provided to individuals in their place of residence or other locations deemed appropriate. The program is designed to address the physical, emotional, psychosocial, and spiritual issues associated with the dying process.
