Mission Statement

The mission of Special Olympics Orange County is to provide year-round sports training and competition in a variety of Olympics-type sports for children and adults with mental retardation giving them continuing opportunities to develop physhical fitness, demonstrate courage, experienece joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes, and the community.

Description

Special Olympics Orange County is the local Special Olympics chapter for Orange County residents. We are a sports organization for children and adults with developmental disabilities. All of our programs are free to our participants.
