With passion and dedication, HRC serves families, children and individuals by providing exceptional community-based programs and education.

Description

HRC is comprised of six distinct programs serving two rural counties, Calaveras and Amador, in California. The programs are the Calaveras Head Start/State Preschool, WIC(Women, Infants and Children), the Calaveras Women's Crisis Center, Child Care Resources, Community Emergency Services Program and the Child and Parent Services program.
