Description

The Optimist Club of Arlington sponsor and support a range of programs focusing on developing scholarship, sports, and civic reaponsibility among youth. The programs include college scholarships for graduating high school seniors, essay and oratorical contests for high and middle school students, anti-drug program for elementary school students, mentoring, chess clue, baseball league, soccer club, rifle club, and Respect for Law program.
