Mission Statement

The Leaders of Tomorrow Program (LOT) is an internationally recognized program under the National Black MBA Association (NBMBAA) umbrella. Its mission is to serve as mentors and resources to minority high school students, to improve student academic and leadership skills and increase their ability to enter and excel once in college.

Description

LOT targets minority high school students who show promise, drive, and ambition and have exhibited leadership potential, but require additional motivational factors in their lives to achieve excellence. We achieve our mission by matching students with mentors from various professional backgrounds. We also offer workshops, events, and community service acitivities throughout the year geared towards educating students in particular areas in key knowledge areas - leadership, communication, financial literacy, college planning, critical thinking, and career exploration.
