The Children with Challenges (CWC) Foundation's mission is to improve the well-being of children who experience life-changing conditions related to disabilities, illnesses, and loss, by providing applications that reduce isolation, foster personal growth and self-expression, and empower them to face their particular challenges.

Description

"When a child has a life-changing condition, in many ways they are forced to become adults overnight. However, from an emotional and developmental standpoint, they are still children. Research has proven that children use developmental processes such as play, communication, and education to help solve problems and adjust to change. The goal of the Children with Challenges Foundation is to enable children to use these natural developmental processes to assist them in facing their particular challenge.
