Hospice of Michigan's mission is to ensure quality of life and a comfortable, peaceful death for all patients recieving our care, and to provide support for their loved ones. We will serve everyone in our community who needs and seeks our care and strive to improve the state of end-of-life care.

Description

Hospice of Michigan will be the premier provider of expert, compassionate care for people who are experiencing life threatening illnesses. Hospice serves people of all ages, from all walks of life. They suffer from different illnesses, and have unique needs, but they want to die with dignity, free from pain and surrounded by people and things that are meaningful to them.
