Founded in April 2004 by Robbie and Brittany Bergquist, then 12 and 13, with $21. Cell Phones for Soldiers has raised more than $7 million in donations and provided more than 114 million minutes of calling time to troops overseas. Cell Phones for Soldiers is primarily funded by: Donations and Recycling of used mobile phones
