Established in June, 1954 as a response to the community need for emergency medical care of the sick and injured, the members of Bensley-Bermuda Volunteer Rescue Squad have been providing continuous service to the people of Chesterfield County, Virginia for more than 53 years.
Operating today in the Chesterfield County Fire and EMS system, BBVRS is one of four volunteer rescue squads in the county.
