To encourage minorities and refugees to seek and receive free preventive and medical care and to provide direct medical services.

Description

Provides culturally and linguistically competent health education seminars, access to community resources through information assistance services and a Physician's Hot Line. Also provides direct medical services with volunteer minority physicians, operates a tuberculosis preventive treatment program and a refugee health screening program.
