For those with a life-limiting illness, hospice is a special concept of care that provides comfort and support to clients and their families. Hospice care seeks to optimize the quality of life for the client. A significant benefit is that hospice care can be provided in the comfort of home.

THA Group's non-profit hospice service, Island Hospice, is looking for volunteers in all of the communities we serve. Whether a volunteer chooses to work directly with our patients and their families or to volunteer in countless other ways, they can make a tremendous impact on the lives of others in their community.

Island Hospice serves the residents of Chatham, Bryan, Bulloch, Effingham, Liberty, Camden, Glynn, McIntosh and Screven Counties in Georgia as well as Beaufort, Jasper, Hampton, Charleston and Colleton Counties in South Carolina.
