Hard Hatted Women

Hard Hatted Women (HHW) is a statewide non-profit with 30 years experience empowering women to achieve economic independence by promoting workplace diversity in trade and technical careers. Many sectors that receive substantial public investments for job creation, such as transportation, green jobs and other infrastructure, remain nontraditional occupations for women (where they are less than 25% of the workforce). HHW works to increase women’s access to nontraditional careers through programs such as TOOLS (Training, Outreach, Leadership and Support), WISE (Women in Sustainable Employment) Pathways and via career coaching/case management.
