TPAHD (Texas State Partnership in Addressing and Eliminating Health Disparities) focuses on three core areas: 1) identification of barriers in health care and public health through needs assessment; 2) enhancing and supporting community-based collaboratives; and 3) creating and supporting strategies for ongoing technical assistance with regard to health disparities.
