Mission Statement

The mission of The Homemakers Health Services is to provide safe, comprehensive, reliable and professional home health care, home support and adult medical day care services to those adults of Strafford County who need them in order to maintain independence and quality of life in the home; and to prevent, if possible, unnecessary hospitalization or nursing home placement.

Description

Whether your loved one needs nursing services, help with meal preparation, light housekeeping or companionship, The Homemakers Health Services can help you set up a plan of care. Home health care services include: nursing, telemonitoring, infusion therapy, rehabilitative therapies, case management, medical social work, home health aide, personal care aide, homemaker and in-home care provider.The Homemakers also provides the only adult day care program in Strafford County - the Day Out program. Community Wellness programs include an Alzheimer's Education, Alzheimers Support Groups and Working Caregiver Solutions.
