Mission Statement

Provide emergency food services to all in need. Assist people in procuring the economic means to buy their own food. And, to foster links with other organizations to strengthen emergency food coalitions in Washington, DC.

Description

We deliver food to individuals and families throughout the District. Many are on fixed low incomes or unable to shop for themselves due to disabilities. Due to challenging economic times we are serving an increasing number of people who are suddenly unemployed.

very organized, friendly, helpful.. happy to drive again..

They are very freindly and good for students needing hours. They are also very laid back, the only catch is that you may want to deliver some of the food on a specialized route. Still I would reccomend this organization to everyone in need of hours of service
