Mission Statement

Gold Country Chaplaincy is a faith based
ministry dedicated to serving businesses, first responders, churches, Veterans and Active Duty and the
community by providing spiritual, emotional, and mental support in times of need or crisis.

Description

The Gold Country Chaplaincy serves the spiritual, emotional, and psychological needs of businesses in the area, returning vets from Iraq and Afghanistan as well as veterans and their families, and fire/EMS personnel. Part of that service includes responding to life and death emergencies within the community.

Within Gold Country, there is a veteran division that serves both active duty women and men as well as seasoned veterans and their families. Gold County is the main sponsor of the first Placer County Veteran Stand Down.

We offer a wide variety of events and opportunities for volunteers.
